Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?

Our website does not require an account to make a purchase, and nor will we ever force you to make an account.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

PayPal does not require an account to make a purchase. If your credit/debit cards are already secured by a PayPal account they will ask you to login to make the purchase.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

How long will my order take to arrive?

European orders should arrive within 3-7 business days and international orders within 1-2 weeks, this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

How much is postage?

European Orders - €4.10
International Orders - €6.10

For a limited time, you will get free shipping on all orders over €100 (including international). All you have to do is enter code 'OVER100' at checkout.
All orders will be shipped by Correos Espana/USPS.

Does international shipping include taxes and other duties?

Currently we only include EU based taxes and duties in our orders.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, you will see the postage costs at checkout page before you pay. We want you to order from abroad, so we keep the postage costs low for international orders.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, the day your order is getting shipped you will receive an email with your shipping number.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

Yes you can! We do not process exchanges at this time so we recommend returning your unwanted merchandise for a store credit and place a new order. Simply download our returning form (HERE) and send the unwanted item(s) back to us within 30 days from the day you received your package. Make sure your return meets the criteria shown here.
